Beginners yoga, senior yoga, intermediate yoga, and vinyasa yoga in and around Crowborough.

Be guided into how to move your body safely with care. Meet your body somatically and find that balance between where the effort needs to be and where there needs to be release.

Wednesdays 9.30 am -

Gentle Hatha Yoga for seniors

A gentler class aimed at the older demographic 60s/70s/80s

Notice your movement and how we can better integrate to keep fit and healthy as we age.

Wednesdays 6 pm - Vinyasa Yoga

A flow class with music. A certain levels of body fitness is advisable.

From beginners to those more familiar with yoga, these classes help to improve your sensory awareness of the body whilst building strength and creating freedom. Set up the weekend ahead, learn to move with more ease and function.

Intermediate yoga, although I can accommodate all levels, these classes help to improve your sensory awareness of the body—balance to connect at a deeper level to movement and somatics.

New Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class

 6pm is back at the Whitehill Centre Crowborough, but it's more flowing than my other classes tend to be. Other classes are usually more specific in finding how we can move somatically from the inside out, moving by creating pathways of least resistance and finding the right amount of effort and strength. This takes time to set the scene and less time for more movements and flow. However, it is also so delicious to flow and sooth your way through fluid movement to music. Come join me to express your inner flow.  Some awareness of your body and some level of fitness is essential. Please reach out to me beforehand if you are not sure.
